I'm licensed in North Carolina, so outside NC I refer those clients to agents I trust to take great care of them.

How referrals work- You fill out the short join form: where you work and what you do best.
- I review your info. If it's a fit, our brokerages sign a broker-to-broker referral agreement before any client is sent.
- When I have a client in your area, I reach out and introduce you.
- You take great care of them. At closing, the referral fee is paid broker to broker, per the signed agreement: 25% standard, or 45% when the buyer came to you already pre-approved.
What I look for- Licensed for 2+ years
- A strong record of closed transactions in the past 12 months
- An active, professional social media presence
- Referral experience is a plus
